Bean Sprout Namul

- 200 g soybean sprout/もやし/豆芽/芽菜
- 1½ tbsp sesame oil/ごま油/芝麻油
- ⅓ tsp salt/塩/鹽
- ⅔ tsp chicken soup powder/チキンスープの素/鷄湯粉
- 3 tbsp sesame/ごま/芝麻
- Blanch bean sprout in a boiling water for 1 minute, drain and squeeze excess water.May also put under microwave for 2 minutes or less and drain excess water.
- Mix all the ingredients with bean sprout and top with sesame seeds.
