Broccoli and Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 pack pork slice/豚こま/豬肉片
- 1 bunch broccoli/ブロッコリー/花椰菜/西蘭花
Seasonings
- 1 tsp chicken soup powder/チキンスープの素/鷄湯粉
- little salt/塩/鹽
- little pepper/胡椒
- 1 Tbsp oil/油
Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces. Include the stem part also by removing outer part and slice into 1 cm thick.
- Boil water and add 1 tbsp salt. Boil the broccoli for 1-2 minutes. Drain well.
- Cut pork into bite size pieces and pat dry excess moist.
- Heat oil in a pan and put pork. Stir fry until color changes.
- When pork turn slightly brown add broccoli and mix well.
- Add in seasonings and stir fry until ingredients are well coated with sauce and some liquid has evaporated.½
Notes
You may use raw or not pre boiled broccoli but you need to add more water(1/2 cup) on the cooking process to help cook it well. Another option aside from pre boiling is to place it in microwave{600W) for 3-4 minutes to soften it.
