- 1 chayote/隼人瓜/佛手瓜
- 1 Tbsp dried salted kelp/塩昆布/盐昆布
- little salt/塩/鹽
- Peel chayote and remove the seed. Cut lengthwise and slice thinly. Sprinkle salt and knead. Leave for 10 mins. Rinse with water and completely drain.
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Leave for another 10 mins before eating.
