Chicken and spring onion teriyaki stir fry

Ingredients

  • 350 g chicken leg/鶏もも肉/鷄脾/鸡腿肉
  • 1 spring onion/長ネギ/青蔥
  • 1 pack mushroom(shimeji)/しめじ/本菇
  • 1/2 onion/たまねぎ/洋葱
  • 4 tbsp sake/酒/清酒
  • 4 tbsp soysauce/醤油
  • 4 tbsp sweet sake/みりん/味醂
  • 4 tsp sugar/砂糖/糖
  • 2 tsp sesame oil/ごま油/芝麻油
  • 1 tsp sesame/ごま/芝麻

Instructions

  • Chop chicken into 1 bite size
  • Cut spring onion into 3cm size and slice onion, too
  • Put chicken first in the pan and stir fry with sesame oil
  • Put spring onion, onion, mushroom and seasonings into pan after chicken is almost cooked and stir fry them together
  • Put sesame on the top when serve it
