Chicken and spring onion teriyaki stir fry

Ingredients
- 350 g chicken leg/鶏もも肉/鷄脾/鸡腿肉
- 1 spring onion/長ネギ/青蔥
- 1 pack mushroom(shimeji)/しめじ/本菇
- 1/2 onion/たまねぎ/洋葱
- 4 tbsp sake/酒/清酒
- 4 tbsp soysauce/醤油
- 4 tbsp sweet sake/みりん/味醂
- 4 tsp sugar/砂糖/糖
- 2 tsp sesame oil/ごま油/芝麻油
- 1 tsp sesame/ごま/芝麻
Instructions
- Chop chicken into 1 bite size
- Cut spring onion into 3cm size and slice onion, too
- Put chicken first in the pan and stir fry with sesame oil
- Put spring onion, onion, mushroom and seasonings into pan after chicken is almost cooked and stir fry them together
- Put sesame on the top when serve it
