Chikuwa and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cucumber/きゅうり/青瓜/黄瓜
- 1 pack chikuwa/ちくわ/獅子狗卷
- salt/塩/鹽 for soaking cucumber
Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp sesame/ごま/芝麻 ground
- 1½ Tbsp vinegar/酢/醋
- ½ Tbsp soysauce/醤油
- 1 tsp sugar/砂糖/糖
Instructions
- Cut cucumber into half lengthwise and then cut thinly. Add salt and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash once and queeze water out afterwards.
- Slice chikuwa diagonally.
- Mix the dressing in a bowl and add with chikuwa and Cucumber.
