蛤でなくてもアサリでも十分おいしいです。また、三つ葉は高いのでホウレンソウを代わりに使います。

Clam clear soup (Osuimono)

Ingredients
- 16 clam(Asari)/あさり/蛤蜊 If it's big clam(Hamaguri),total 4 clam(1 clam /person).
- 800 ml water/水
- 1 tbsp sake/酒/清酒
- 2 tbsp fish broth powder/粉末だし/木魚粉
- 2 tbsp soysauce/醤油
- 3 head spinach/ほうれん草/菠菜
Instructions
- Check if clam spilled out all sand from the mouth
- Cut spinach into pieces (3-4cm)
- Pour water and clam and spinach in the pot and boil together
- Skim the foam from the top of soup
- After clam opened the mouth fully, pour seasoning and boil for few minutes
