Servings: 4 peoplople for 2-3 days
- Rice Cooker
- 2 cups rice/白米/米飯
- 1 whole corn/コーン/玉米
- 1 tsp salt/塩/鹽
- Wash corn and using knife slice the kernel out from the cob. Cut the corn cob into 2 pcs.
- Wash and add necessary amount of water by level of 2 cups in your rice cooker. After water is added at the appropriate level. Leave it soaked for at least 30 minutes. This will result to a fluffier rice.
- Add corn kernels and salt. Mix and place the cobs on top.
- Cook as usual. Onced cooked, discard the cobs and mix the rice to distribute well the corn kernels.
