Enoki Soysauce Stir Fry

- 1 pack mushroom(enoki)/えのき/金菇/金针菇
- ¾ Tbsp soysauce/醤油
- 1 Tbsp sweet sake/みりん/味醂
- 1 Tbsp vinegar/酢/醋
- Cut roots of enoki. And cut further into 1inch long.
- Put enoki in a pan and add the seasoning. Stir fry and simmer until most of sauce evaporated.
Can be stored in a closed container and stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
