How to cook marinated tomatoes.
Servings: 4 people
- 4-5 pcs tomato/トマト/番茄 big
- 1 clove garlic/にんにく/大蒜
- little pepper/胡椒
- 3 Tbsp oil/油 (olive oil)
- 1 Tbsp vinegar/酢/醋
- ⅓ tsp salt/塩/鹽
- Wash tomatoes and cut into half if using smaller ones and quarters or wedges if using bigger ones.
- Using a side of knife crash the garlic cloves.
- Put seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
- Add in cut tomatoes and crashed garlic. Leave for 6-8 minutes before serving.
