Spinach and Mushroom Miso Soup

Ingredients
- 4-5 bundle spinach/ほうれん草/菠菜
- 1 pack mushroom(shimeji)/しめじ/本菇 150g
- 4 cups water/水 800ml
- 2 Tbsp miso/味噌
- 2 tsp fish broth powder/粉末だし/木魚粉
Instructions
- Wash spinach and cut into 3-4cm size
- cut the bottom part of mushroom and wash well
- pour water in the pot and once water is boiled, put spinach and mushroom together
- after 3-4 min with medium fire, pour fish broth powder
- change fire to small and add miso paste. Use a sieve or small strainer to dissolve miso into the soup or dissolve it in a laddle or bowl first and put into soup.
