Tomato and Salted Kelp Salad
Servings: 4 people
- 2 tomato/トマト/番茄
- 10 g dried salted kelp/塩昆布/盐昆布
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil/ごま油/芝麻油
- Wash tomatoes, remove pit or the hard center part and cut into dice or cubes. Place into a bowl.
- Add dried kelp and sesame oil. Give it a quick mix and your done.
If you prefer eating tomatoes without seeds you may do so. Please take note that leaving the dried kelp mixed with tomatoes for a long time may cause it to become watery. So better just mix it few minutes before eating.
