Yakisoba

Ingredients
- 4 bundle yakisoba noodle(egg noodle)/焼きそば/炒麵 (全蛋麵)
- 250 g chicken leg/鶏もも肉/鷄脾/鸡腿肉 any boneless meat is fine(chicken,pork,beef)
- 400 g cabbage/キャベツ/卷心菜 almost half to 1/4 of cabbage
- 1 carrot/にんじん/紅蘿蔔/红萝卜
- 1 onion/たまねぎ/洋葱
- 4 pack okonomiyaki sauce/お好みソース/薄餅汁 sauce powder is included in the noodle usually
- 4 tbsp water/水
Instructions
- Cut vegetables into bite size and pan fly with oil
- cabbage:cube
- carrot:thin slice
- onion:thin slice
- Cut chicken into bite size and pan fry with oil
- Open noodle pack and pan fry with oil and pour water to loose the noodle
- Put noodle, vegetables, chicken and sauce powder all together and stir fry
